I currently have a Dell Latitude D600 with 1GB (2 - 512MB sticks) of factory RAM. The memory is rated at 333 MHz (PC2700), DDR SDRAM. I'd like to upgrade to the max 2GB RAM for this computer, but I'm not clear on compatibility with different speeds. When buying new memory for this system, do I have to stay with the PC2700 or can I buy faster memory? If I can go with faster memory, is there a limit?

Sorry if I didn't supply enough info for this, but memory is one area I'm not real familiar with. Please let me know if any other info is needed.
