I don't know if Jason wants the word Team used. Also, can non-staff members can have banners in their sigs?

The 'Fighting cancer' tag is there to attract potential new helpers, as just having F@H would be meaningless to most people. It can be changed to something else (something less dramatic or less specific, possibly?) but it will need to be a similar short phrase. There's only a height of 30-40 pixels to work with, so keep it simple.

I'll make the final banner clickable. GTP, your idea would work if the additional message below the banner was kept small. We don't want it to take up too much space.
