I turn on my monitor this morning to a blank screen. After power down and then back up, I got the Windows logo and then gibberish scrolling. Now I got nothing but a blank screen. Took off the side panel and found a little solid red light toward the bottom and with anothre attempt to re start, that light went to flashing. Looked at the front and the power light is solid green and the processing light is solid red/amber.

HELP?
