Mistake GA-7N400 Pro 2 Bios settings.....??

Ok so thats my mobo, and I am running an AMD 2600+, 1.5 gigs of ddr3200pc, 2 40 gig HD's, a GeForce 5900 Ultra (OC from BFG)....

I just replaced my old mobo because I was having some odd prblems, and I was kinda grasping at straws as to what the cause was. The problems included: USB devices would stop responding, my digi cam wouldn't communicate with my 'puter anymore, my mouse ceased to wake up my comp, and once I restarted my computer and it said my CPU was an amd 1250+!!

Now that I have the new mobo in, everything is running fine....EXCEPT that my processor is listed as being an AMD 1200+.....I go into the BIOS to adjust the cpu/FSB ratios/freqs and it there is no page in the bios that lets me do that.....Advanced chipset is usually where you find that right? Set everything to maunual and you can set your FSB and Freq multiplier where you want it so you can either set your CPU at its normal freq or overclock it.....well I don't seem to be able to find that option on this Gigabyte MOBO....if I hit F9(in the BIOS) it shows me what they have it set at, but it doesn't let me change it....

Why isn't it auto detecting the right processor speed? Why isn't there a menu in the BIOS to manually set the multiplier and FSB etc?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
