So when I restarted my computer I noticed it had 2.4 gigs when I restarted it, when it booted up it had 1.5 gigs and about 20 seconds later it jumped back up to 1.99 gigs, yes it is low and that is my fault for downloading a bunch of stuff.. But is this something I should be worried about?

Also can someone with Windows Vista verify for me who "owns" their HD..?
Mine says "TrustedInstall"

here is how to check,
open my computer
right click the "C" drive
go to properties
click the security tab
click on advanced
then click the owner tab

I have had some permission problems and was wondering if that may be the cause, if someone could let me know that would be great..
