It seems the points are actually predetermined. http://fah-web.stanford.edu/psummary.html the frames are way off but the points are pretty much right on. As I said, the Linux console only shows the point value of the project I'm folding, not the frames as the Graphical Client for Windows does, and they are they same as report in the project summary.

My Linux box is running as a dedicated F@H machine, 24/7 with all resources available to F@H.

My FX60 is also running 24/7 but I've only allocated about 80% of 1 core to F@H, which should put it close to the same level as the 3200+ at 100%.

Both rigs have actually ran the exact same WU (3040) and the Linux box finished about 45 mins sooner.

That's the kind of WUs my Windows machine is getting as well. I'm now on my 3rd 1500 frame WU and just finished a 5k WU.
