I am unable to test CPU as I do not have a compatible Mobo, however I have tested RAM and Graphics card in a colleagues computer and they both work fine. I did try his RAM on my board and it gave two short beeps on initial startup but not on subsequent try's? So assuming the Mobo is OK due to the fact it beeps and my RAM is OK as is the Graphics card, would I be right to buy a new CPU or would I be wasting my money?
