The "Wintouch" did now show up on the HijackThis list even after refreshing the list so I tried to delete it from the Add or Remove program list. It told me that it had probably been removed and asked if I wanted to remove it from the list, which I did. OK?

Here is what the log said after running the fix.bat you wrote.

C:\Program Files\AIM\bak\ .. deleted
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Works Shared\bak\ .. deleted
C:\Program Files\FilmLoop Player\bak\ .. deleted
C:\Program Files\MUSICMATCH\MUSICMATCH Jukebox\bak\ .. deleted
