Hi Ried, Thanks to you I am very happy after I followed your directions from your first reply my computer seems to be back to normal. So, is it still necessary to follow the last steps I seem to get lost around this area of the instructions?
"Open notepad and copy/paste the entire text in the code box below: (don't forget to copy and paste REGEDIT4)"
copy/paste the text in the code box? I'm sorry. I think I am over thinking it. Also I have recently deleted Symantec it was old version and I think McAfee prompted me to do so when I downloaded the new version McAfee.
