Why is there no Anti Virus program on this system?

We a quite a bit to do to clean this up. The following tool will fit on a floppy. Download it from a working PC and transfer the tool to the desktop of the afflicted machine:

Download Combofix and save it to your desktop.

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

1. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

• When finished, it will produce a report for you.
• Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt along with a new HijackThis log so we can continue cleaning the system.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall

Post those logs first, and if you have regained internet access, here are 2 very good free Antivirus products which are available:

• Avast!
• AVG

Select one of these, or another of your choice. Download, install, update definitions, and run a full system scan.
