These items are reported to be infected with the email worm, LoveLetter:

Recommend you delete them.
These files/folders are no longer needed, and can be deleted:
C:\Documents and Settings\xxx\Plocha\[4]-Submit_2007-10-08@17.25.zip <<<I assume you've replaced your computer user account name with "xxx" here
C:\SDFix\backups
Please go to Start > Run and copy/paste the following command, then press Enter:
ComboFix /u
Report back on how all that went, please.
