If you downloaded and ran SmitfraudFix, which from your new HijackThis log it appears you did, it would have created a log at C:\rapport.txt
I'd like to review that log also, before continuing with the next step.
Please do not associate lack of symptoms with a totally clean machine, though it is a very positive sign.
