wmiprvse.exe.. Is a legitimate process. Why it effected your graphics is beyond me. Just don't delete that file.
Let's get one more scan.
1. Download Combo fix from one of these locations.

combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply . (c:\comboFix.txt)
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
