Right click on Hijackthis.exe & select "Run As Administrator"
Then have HJT fix these entries:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =
O1 - Hosts: ::1 localhost
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Service Host] C:\Users\Fizzer\AppData\Local\Temp\svchost.exe
O13 - Gopher Prefix:

1. Download & Save this file to Desktop -> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com...a/ComboFix.exe

2. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that & a fresh Hijackthis log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
