There, I was wondering if this was a problem with my monitor or video card

Those lines only appear when I'm playing games(And only games) at 1280X1024 resolution.

My video card is a Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro with latest drivers
My Monitor is an LG L1752T latest driver again.
