RAM looks good, I would reset the BIOS.

Remove the battery for 2 minutes, replace and move the jumper pins from 1-2 to 2-3 for 30 seconds and put back to 1-2 and try to boot to BIOS.

Check your FSB settings and make sure they're set to 1066Mhz.
