please post your full system spec details with the make and model of your power supply unit

if you dont know this info you can download the freeware called everest home edition and then run the program, copy and paste the system summary into this thread

then download and run memtest86.com run the memory test for at least 2-3 hours

if that passes

then go to your hard drive manufacturer's website and download their free diagnostic drive utility at downloads/support

post back with the info from these inquiries
