Before beginning the fix, read this post completely. If there's anything that you do not understand, kindly ask your questions before proceeding. Ensure that there aren't any opened browsers when you are carrying out the procedures below. Save the following instructions in Notepad as this webpage would not be available when you're carrying out the fix.

It is IMPORTANT that you don't miss a step & perform everything in the correct order/sequence.

You don't appear to have an active Anti-Virus program. We need to take care of that during the course of this fix. Connecting to the Internet without antivirus protection is a "Welcome" doormat for malware. It can take as little as eight seconds to infect an unprotected computer.

Looks like the entire contents of that folder, C:\Documents and Settings\Me\Shared, should go.

Download combofix.exe to your desktop.
Disconnect from the internet....pull the plug!
Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts. Type "1" and press Enter to begin the scan.
Your desktop icons may disappear. This is normal. ComboFix may reboot your machine. This is also normal.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Re-establish an internet connection.
Open HijackThis and click on 'Do a System Scan and save a Logfile'. Save the log file and post it here.

Create an uninstall list:

With HiJackThis still open
- Click on the configure button on the bottom right
- Click on the tab "Misc Tools"
- Click on the Box that says "Open Uninstall Manager"
- Click on the button "Save list"
- Copy and past the List from the notepad file into your post
