Could it be the PSU? I'm not sure what a Q-Tec 500 watt PSU is actually rated at. Some of the cheaper PSU have overstated power outputs- what is the Q-Tec rated at on the 3.3, 5 and 12V circuits?

When did this problem start? If you have added to the voltage load by adding devices, it may have tipped your PSU over the edge, so to speak.
