Part of your malware problem stems from the fact that your version of Windows is unpatched, no Service Packs. Windows XP is at Service Pack 2, and has been for a long time. Many updates have been issued beyond Service Pack 2....so your system is far far behind in it's security.
You're also using a very outdated version of HijackThis. Please delete it. Next, follow the steps in this thread, and post the requested logs after you've completed those steps.
