[SOLVED] I cant open and copy files from the slave hard drive

Helo people

I encounter a problem of copying files from a slave hardrive to my external hard drive.

I worked with 2 computers..One computer is mine and the other is Tom's computer..Tom cannot used his computer because it cant start...It always display blue screen with error message...but he needs his documents inside..

So this is what I am doing
I take the hard drive from Tom's computer and put it in to my computer and place it as a slave(H) hard drive. There are folders (Users) in this hard drive(H) where I can open them such as "Administrator" "Guest" "All Users" and "Tom"...I can copy and open all files in the Administrator, Guest and All Users BUT I CANT COPY AND OPEN ALL FILES IN THE "TOM" FOLDER...I try to copy this folder (TOM) to my destop and even to the external hard drive but it always display the error message

Error Copying File or Folder
"Cannot copy NTUSER: Acess is Denied"
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file
is not currently in use"

And when I open the jpg file the error message is displayed

Error
The system cannot find the file specified

Maybe because this user(Tom) used a password to open his computer..and the administrator and other users dont use a password...that what I thought..but not sure...

Any ideas people?? Need help to solve this problem...pliz

Thanks
