Hi there and welcome to TSF.
One of the problems with FAT32 is that it only recognises partitions up to 32 GB which is why NTFS was brought in, although I believe on some OSs it can go to 2TB. Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with PS3s, nor with Swissknife for that matter. One thing I would say is that it is very dangerous to put all your eggs in one basket. If this drive fails, and I'm afraid they all do eventually, you've lost an awful lot of data. You would be better off with two smaller drives, with one a copy of the other. It's a bit late for that now as you are already committed, but I would think seriously about getting another drive when you can to back up all your music, DVDs etc.
