To answer your first question you can buy an external hard drive to transfer you files (also you could burn many backup discs if you have CD-R's or DVD-R's). I would recommend a backup drive of about 50GB to store your music files and photos. The other question has to do with wireless networks. The first thing I must know is do you have broadband internet. Meaning to connect to the internet do you use a RJ-45 (Ethernet) or RJ-15 (Dial-up Telephone Lined). Also do you have a modem (sort of like a small box that has many flashing lights because you will also need this).
