Apparently, rather than just post the log which was already created, you've run ComboFix again.

Now the log I want to see is C:\Combofix2.txt

I don't really care for Xoftspy too much. It's not very helpful if it can't remove what it finds. Though it no longer is listed, it was once on the Rogueware list for false positives.

Rather than a screenshot, can you export a log of what it's found?
