I did as you said and ran fix.bat. Initially, it seemed to take a long time without doing much; when I looked again the command prompt was gone and the original file was gone. So I did the same steps, this time the command prompt quickly read: "Deleted Successfully!!!" then closed on its own, and again, the fix.bat file went.
