Let’s see if we can get to the bottom of the Safe Mode issue…

Please go to Start > Run, and copy/paste the following info in blue into it:

regedit /e C:\safeboot.txt HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot

Click: OK

This exports the contents of the Registry key to a text file.

Search for C:\safeboot.txt, and provide its contents in your reply.
