O20 - Winlogon Notify: cbxxyyw - cbxxyyw.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: iifcd - C:\WINDOWS\System32\iifcd.dll (file missing)
O24 - Desktop Component 0: (no name) - C:\Program Files\MSN\progyrtary.html

Ignore any prompts for a reboot

1. Download & Save this file to Desktop -> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com...a/ComboFix.exe

2. Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that & a fresh Hijackthis log in your next reply

Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
