Its running now, and I forgot to mention early that Viewpoint and WhenU aren't installed. I checked in both the Windows Add/Remove Programs and Add/Remove Pro. There is an entry in C:/Program Files and C:/Program Files/Common Files for Viewpoint, but they are just empty folders. The .bat is just opening a command prompt, but it doesn't appear to be running, is that how it should look?
