Look closely at where they're located. 4 are in the recycle bin. You deleted the files but did not empty the the recycle bin.
The remaining 2 are in IE's temporary internet files cache.
You can easily get rid of them by Launching IE.
Then go to
Tools > Intenet Options.
Under the General tab, click the
Delete button & select to
delete Temporary Internet files
You haven't posted the DSS log. Are you having problems doing that?
