Then do another HJT scan & fix these:

O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-20\..\Run: [Brave-Sentry] C:\Program Files\BraveSentry\BraveSentry.exe (User 'NETWORK SERVICE')


or any entry that says ... HKUS\S-1-5-20\..\Run
