Hello, great, thanks. I'm pretty covered on all that you suggested, I use avg, zonealram, all the ad/spyware you suggested.

Any suggestions as to why I am unable to download the windows update? I get the error code: Error number: 0x80070002

Which when I search for that does not come up in microsofts code list, figures they give an error code and no info to go with it.
