Problems with Trojan: Win32/Virtumonde.0

Have run Hijack this several times and it doesn't seem to be picking anything up. Cannot run the Panda app because my internet explorer is where the problem seems to be living. I have gone through all the other steps though and have a hijack this log. Please if any one can help with this it would be great because this is our main computer at Work and I am out of places to look or potential fixes. The problem that Windows Defender Keeps finding is Trojan: Win32/Virtumonde.O but it is unable to remove it at this time, it says it removes it and it comes back in a different file.

Here is my log as of now. Sorry that I can't post the others but Firefox is my other browser and it is not compatible.

Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1
