this line
C:\DOCUME~1\Lance\LOCALS~1\Temp\Temporary Directory 8 for hijackthis.zip\HijackThis.exe

means

that your hijackthis is inside a temp folder ,it will not work properly if it stays there ,put inside a folder into mydocuments ,or maybe create this
C:\HJt\HijackThis.exe

please fix it ,then post a new log .
