I cant disconnect the Fan, (i dont know what the heat sink is, but if it is that metal bit between the fan(also attached to the fan) and processor (on the mother board)), there are two clips one on either side of the processor, i unclip both of them and it stilll seems to be attached, however i took a can of compressed air to it and then restarted and the temp is down to 48 celcius/119 farenheit that is with 1% cpu, the computer still heats up to 90 celcius when i load a CPU intensive program.
