Just to make sure the other files are gone....
Download
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com...a/ComboFix.exe and save it to your desktop.
**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

Close any open browsers.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a report for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall
